Based on the proven Managed Text platform and extensively used by many UK police forces, MT-LGS is specifically designed to help address the communications challenges faced by local authorities today.
MT-LGS is supplied as a set of self-contained modules built on the Managed Text platform. A given installation may consist of one or two specific modules or the the entire suite.
Regardless of which or how many modules are deployed, all of the rich management, reporting and auditing features of the core Managed Text platform are available, as is the Managed Text Extensibility SDK (Software Development Kit).

Services for the Deaf
Endorsed by the RNID and local Deaf associations, the Managed Text Services for the deaf module provides a range of interactive text 'chat' services allowing the deaf community to interact with Local Government in real-time.
Web and desktop-based interactive messaging components with audible alarms and full 'conversation' history provide a reliable means of conversing with the deaf. All text communications are audited and may be subsequently retrieved for evidence and other purposes.
